Update

Today I just cut and planted random plants into a very shallow pot. I put three Cactus, (I don't know the plural word) some type of grass, moss, and a flower thing.

I also got birthday presents for a friend.

Well just an update....

stuff

I won't be blogging about worms, but just random stuff. I'm in a botany block at school, and it is my favorite block so far. Today we learned the parts of the plants. I know it sounds babyish but it's really not. Like all the little nodes and stuff. A node is basically a joint but it doesn't really move. We also learned about different types of buds. Like the terminal bud. This is what makes the plant grow (well, every part helps but this powers the plant on). The terminal bud is at the top of the plant and sort of pushes.

The leaves are not just for looks. They are like solar panels except they are on plants. And green. The plant has leaves because (as you probably know) it needs the suns energy.

This doesn't have everything we learned about but it is still good, I think. (I mean the picture)

We also learned about root hairs but their not on there.
